We are originally from Elmira, New York. Raised on a large dairy farm in upstate N.Y..  Both graduated from Southside High School.  Cathy is married and has two children and 5 grandchildren. Charlotte is married and has 1 daughter and 3 grandchildren.  Cathy back ground is mostly sales. I worked for a Nascar Winston Cup Team in Public relations.  I have been a REALTOR for over 10 years. I pride my-self in always putting my client's needs first. I sold Real Estate in Arizona and was a multi- million dollar producer. Since selling Real Estate in Florida, I have been recognized with West Volusia boards Top 20 producers. I am a Certified Short Sale Specialist. Charlotte's background is in customer service, she was a restaurant manager for Shoney's Restaurant all over central Florida. She has worked in merchandising for grocery stores.
